Do I need a card to start?
No. Build your store free for 3 days, without a card — it stays private while you build. To open it to customers you choose a plan: $1 for your first 14 days, then the plan's monthly price. Cancel before then and nothing more is charged.
Do I need to know how to build a website?
No. You pick a theme, type your products in and the store is there. Everything is a form or a click, and you see the result on desktop and on a phone while you change it.
How do my customers pay?
You choose: cash on delivery, bank transfer, or both. The order form asks for a name, a phone number and a city — in your country’s format, with prices in your currency. Your customers pay you directly; their money never passes through us.
Will my store show up on Google?
Yes. Every store has its own sitemap, clean product addresses, titles and descriptions you can edit, and product data Google uses to show your price and stock in search results. An SEO score in your store tells you what to improve.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, from the Growth plan. Your yourname.mycodos.com address keeps working and sends visitors to your domain, so old links and Google rankings follow you.
Who delivers the orders?
You do, with the courier or delivery service you already use. Every order arrives in your dashboard with the buyer’s name, phone and address, ready to hand over.
Can I leave and take my products with me?
Yes. Export your products and your customers as a CSV whenever you like, and ask us for your orders — we send them to you. Nothing here is locked in.
