Questions about paying
Do I need a card to start?
Not to build: the first 3 days are free and your store stays private. To open it to customers you choose a plan — $1 for your first 14 days, then its monthly price.
Why are the prices in dollars?
The subscription is billed in USD by card. What your own customers pay is in your store’s currency, straight to you — that never changes.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, whenever you like, from Settings › Billing. Moving up or down is worked out to the day.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. A year costs the price of 10 months, so 2 months are free: Starter $150, Growth $250, Advanced $390 a year. Choose Yearly when you pick a plan, or switch your plan from Settings › Billing. It renews once a year until you cancel.
I have more than one store.
Each store has its own plan. Once your first store has a fully paid month, every other store is 20% off, as long as no bill on the account is unpaid.
What happens if a payment fails?
We try again every two days and tell you by email. The store keeps selling during that grace period, and only closes if the bill is still unpaid at the end of it.
Can I leave?
Yes, whenever. Your store keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for, and you can export your products and customers.
